Quail Valley Golf Club - Top-Level Play Amid Stunning

Al Lhota is a multi-experienced financial and sales executive in Vero Beach, Florida. After building his career in Connecticut as a top producer and executive director with UBS Wealth Management and senior managing director with Stifel, he served as a non-executive board member with Southeast Grocers in Jacksonville. Al Lhota devotes his free time to outdoor sports, particularly golf and hunting. He is a Quail Valley Golf Club member in Vero Beach along the Treasure Coast.

This ultra-luxurious family-owned golf and country club opened in 2002, offering courses featuring numerous elevations amidst a visually engaging landscape. In collaboration with championship golfer Nick Price, golf architect Tom Fazio designed the main 18-hole course on the site of a disused orange grove. The course spans 280 acres, supporting play by golfers at all skill levels. Stunning lakeside lands lent themselves to creative adaptations of mounding and fairways.

The club now includes an updated six-hole, par-3 course as well. Quail Valley has hosted championship games under the auspices of the United States Golf Association (USGA) and the Florida State Golf Association (FSGA).

The venue’s expansive clubhouse is modeled on the world-famous Shinnecock Hills course in Southampton, New York. At an elevation of 50 feet, the club offers sweeping views of the fairways and the surrounding natural beauty of the land along dozens of acres of Indian River waterways.
